Admissions Process

Are you ready to join? We are excited for you to become part of our growing family at ARC. 

  1. Attend a Preview tour.

  2. Complete and submit an admissions application online. ($25 non-refundable application fee)

  3. Attend a parent interview. (Students applying for 5th - 12th grade must attend the interview with a parent/legal guardian.)

  4. Student Entrance Interview: All students applying for 1st - 12th grade must complete entrance testing. Prek and Kindergarten will attend a similar process done through play. 

Acceptance information will be given after all other steps are completed. ($300 enrollment fee due within 24 hours of acceptance.)

Important Enrollment Information

  • Early Enrollment opens for existing ARC Students: January 6,2025

  • Open Enrollment opens to the public: February 3, 2026

All new students will be given a trial period in which to prove himself/herself both socially and academically. If during this trial period there are any problems, a student may be asked to withdraw his/her attendance at ARC. 

A student's previous educational records and behavioral patterns are all considered in the acceptance process. The family must be in agreement with the guidelines that ARC follows.
